The newly surfaced video was posted on TMZ earlier on July 20, with Brown pleading his case, saying, “I cannot go into what happened, and most importantly, I’m not [...]

Condom Numero Tre

The other month, inside every True Love Magazine was a free condom.  I get my magazines delivered to the office and feeling the sachet like package inside, I got some hot water ready to drink what could only be a sample beverage. Only to open it and haiya! there was a condom on my desk! In the [...]

Kenny Who?

Kenny Who?
Written by shikomsa

A visit to The Intelligensia took me back in the day when we literally grew up with Kenny Rogers in our living rooms. He was a household name and I doubt his songs will ever be forgotten. Thanks Intel for the good memories.

Unfortunately it seems like in matters anti-aging, [...]

How Well Can You Lie?

Dogs are eating a lot of homework these days and companies have suddenly started to hold their meetings mostly after midnight. And the lipstick smudge on your guy’s shirt, he was waiting in the queue at the bank and a lady who was standing beside him tripped on her stilettos and fell. He was [...]

SOMETIMES, I WONDER WHY STUDENTS IN University(in East Africa or anywhere) would result to violence to  settle differences. My dad tells me of the days in University of Nairobi when they would go on  rampage if a single meal missed meat balls -  a privilidge from the Govt. of Kenya. I'm not sure if it is 'one of his stories', but sitting back and remembering in bliss, he talks of how they were eventually scrapped off the menu- even as some of his friends were nursing injuries from the riots. Then, they  passed through the National Youth Service (NYS) before joining Uni to... »»MORE

HALL SIX IS THIS BIGGEST hostel in my campus and which I am unfortunately a resident of. It has this macho reputation of being a business, sexual, alcohol and other drugs hub; they even ran brothels on the top floor coupla years ago!! It’s basically the mad house you expect it to be considering the diversity of the students living in it. However, a really dangerous trend is slowly creeping in amongst its tenants. Every goddamn Mon, wed and Fri nights u’ll witness grown ass men pushing and shoving as they scramble for the few seats on the TV room... »»MORE

Quick Runthrough for 2Moons players

IF YOU'RE GOING FOR PVP, S/S is probably the best, since the skill 'sword defense' gives you a temporary boost of something like +80% def, and reflects some dmg as well. Just because of that alone, some ppl say S/S is best for PVP. Maces, on the other hand, have a lot of stuns associated with their skills. Not as commonly used, but still pretty good. You can buy 2moons gold to change your items. Axes have the 'blow' ability on some skills, which directly attacks HP (bypasses shield). If the shield is already depleted, or when attacking a NPC... »»MORE

I was skimming through the leaflet distributed every Sunday, otherwise known as the Buzz and was a little distressed. First, you may note that Buzz is no longer ‘the sting’ every Sunday, but rather, the Stink you can’t avoid, but begrudglingly notice in your newspaper as you would, a chewing gum stuck on your shoe.
Anyway, [...]

The day started great. Even a bad day starts well. I got to work in time, and met Moneyman at the stairs, waiting and watching as I walked across the expansive lobby that is the reception. He said when I reached the stairs:
“I like the way you walk. So confident.” I smiled and confidently walked [...]

From monopoly, chess, to table tennis, squash, to gym and aerobics, to swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. Never mind [...]

Here is something I got from a friend on Facebook..

Lesson 1:
A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower, when the doorbell rings.
The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs.
When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next-door neighbor.
Before she says a word, Bob [...]

I went to pick my payment from Moneyman. He was serving someone, so I waited. When he was through, he turned to me:
“Savvy, you could have picked it yesterday….”
“Yes, but I found a long queue here yesterday…”
“Or maybe you have a rich boyfriend?”
“No.”
“You don’t have a boyfriend?!”
“No, I don’t.”
“Are you sure? With all this beauty, [...]
